Mrs. Laughlin's 5th Grade Classroom

Hello, and welcome to 5th grade!

 

My name is Vanessa Laughlin, and I am honored to be the 5th-grade teacher here at St. Catherine-St. Lucy School. I am a proud graduate of SCSL, which was part of the 1999 class. My journey in education began in 2007, and I've been fortunate enough to be a part of the St. Catherine-St. Lucy School community since 2019. Alongside my teaching role, I also serve as the co-chair of the SCSL Alumni Board, fostering connections with our alumni.

 

As an educator, I strive to create an environment where every child feels valued and supported. I believe in the power of kindness and always seek to bring out the best in my students. Each day, I dedicate myself to finding innovative ways to inspire and encourage each child on their unique path to success, helping them shine in their own remarkable ways.
